There are times in our life when things don’t go to plan. Life throws an unexpected curveball and you are left facing problems that you feel you cannot deal with by yourself. Sharing your problems and talking to someone is important, but if you have no one you can comfortably open up to, where do you turn for help?
Within our outpatient clinics we employ over 15 practising Psychiatrists and Psychologists. With vast experience and a broad range of expertise our clinicians can help you understand and overcome almost any psychological problem.
The therapies we use are evidence based and National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommended. We use a variety of different therapeutic approaches, which we tailor to the specific needs of our clients.
As part of our work to support Mental Health Awareness Week each year, we have produced some pocket guides to mental health. These include The Little Book of Relationships, The Little Book of Mindfulness, The Little Book of Resilience and The Little Book of Work-Life Balance. Click on the titles in the boxes below to access the guides.
